Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Night Audit/Front Desk Associate to deliver warm, professional service during the overnight shift. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests while reconciling nightly financial activity and preparing daily reports.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently overnight. Prior night audit or front-desk experience is preferred, and you will operate within Marriott

• Review and balance daily revenue, occupancy, room charges, and payment activity.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
• Monitor the hotel during overnight hours and communicate any safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required front-office paperwork.
• Follow Marriott and hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Assist with light front-office duties and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Ability to remain professional and courteous when handling difficult situations.


• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems.


• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance and punctuality.


• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
