Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance the books and finalize transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word; solve problems independently.
