Job summary

DoubleTree Atlanta Northlake is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, balance daily transactions, and respond to guest needs. You will handle clerical tasks, basic accounting, and maintain a safe, professional environment during the third shift.

The role requires familiarity with hotel systems, strong attention to detail, and a customer‑service oriented approach. Experience with PMS is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process night audit reports and balance daily hotel operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS, PBX, key locks, and fire alarm protocols.
• Monitor guest accounts, review credit activity, and take necessary action.
• Respond to guest inquiries and emergencies; assist with reservations and room sales, including upselling.
