Job summary

City Security Services in Houston is seeking an Armed Security Professional for transit centers. You will patrol, monitor traffic, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Ideal candidates hold an Active Level III Commissioned Security License, a valid Driver's License with a clean record, and at least 5 years of verifiable security experience; you must pass PRT and drug screening and have a high school diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• Active Level III Commissioned Security License and a valid driver’s license.
• 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Ability to pass PRT and drug screening.
• Verifiable high school diploma or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols within a transit center.
• Monitor traffic and maintain a visible security presence.
• Use de-escalation techniques when interacting with individuals.
• Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety.
