Job summary

City Security Services is seeking an Armed Security Professional to patrol a Transit Center in Houston, TX. This part-time overnight role pays $22/hour, with 16 hours per week scheduled Friday and Saturday nights.

You will conduct foot patrols, monitor for trespass and disturbances, respond to incidents, and liaise with law enforcement if needed. Requirements include Level III Commissioned Security License, valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass PRT and drug screening, and

Qualifications

• Active Level III Commissioned Security License is required.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Physical Resistance Testing (PRT).
• Ability to pass a Drug Screening/Physical Examination.
• Verifiable High School Diploma, College Degree or Transcripts.
• 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols throughout a transit center.
• Monitor traffic on the property.
• Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

In this role, you will conduct foot patrols, monitor trespassing, loitering and respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
