  • Maintain organized records related to staffing, attendance, and shift activity.

Supervision & Officer Development

  • Provide direct guidance to assigned security personnel.
  • Reinforce expectations for professionalism, appearance, conduct, and post performance.
  • Coach officers on proper procedures when deficiencies are identified.

  • Escalate serious or recurring performance issues through the appropriate management channels.

Incident Management & Reporting

  • Respond to incidents and operational concerns occurring during the assigned shift.
  • Ensure required notifications are made promptly.
  • Review officer reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.

  • Monitor issued uniforms, equipment, keys, credentials, and other company property.
  • Report damaged, missing, or defective equipment.
  • Reinforce proper care and use of company resources.
  • Coordinate equipment concerns with management when replacement or repair is needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
