Job summary

Qualifications

• Current ACT 235 certification is required.
• Security Supervisor experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior/exterior areas by foot.
• Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents per policy and Use-of-Force guidelines.
• Write detailed reports and maintain DARs.
• Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules.
• Support customer service needs throughout the facility.
• Stay informed on site emergency protocols.
• Supervise a 7-person security team.
• Train new employees and current staff.
