Job summary

Security Care, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to coordinate protection of client assets in the Philadelphia region. The role requires supervisory leadership, prior law enforcement, military, or corrections experience, and the ability to travel daily.

Reporting to the Director of SEPA Operations; duties include overseeing agents, ensuring policy compliance, and staffing during emergencies. Must have own vehicle, PA Act 235, concealed carry, and be available for 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or corrections with supervisory background is essential.
• PA Act 235 certification required.
• Active concealed carry permit required.
• PA Act 67 preferred.
• Must own firearm with duty rig.
• Must pass background check and range test.
• Own vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee USSC armed and unarmed agents regionally for policy and contract compliance.
• Staff on-site and coordinate staffing in emergencies.
• Maintain client relations and coordinate equipment distribution.
• Oversee staff during events and be available for random weekends.
• Daily travel into Philadelphia and surrounding counties; mileage reimbursed at government rate.
