Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking an overnight Safety & Training Supervisor to support operations at our gateway level in Las Vegas. You will oversee daily safety execution and training compliance, partnering with gateway leadership to maintain a safe work environment and regulatory adherence.

The role requires supervising safety and training programs, ensuring certifications, updating training matrices, and delivering effective classroom and hands-on instruction across shifts, with a focus on

Qualifications

5+ years in aviation cargo, ground handling, or airport operations with ramp safety experience
1+ years supervising safety and/or training programs in a regulated aviation environment
Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training aligned with OSHA, FAA, TSA, and IATA standards
Experience conducting safety audits and investigations (5-Why, root cause) and implementing corrective actions
Strong leadership to coach and hold frontline teams accountable to safety and performance standards
Experience using LMS and compliance tracking tools to monitor training effectiveness
Excellent communication to engage frontline employees and leadership

Responsibilities

Oversee safety execution and training compliance at the gateway level.
Provide coaching and feedback to supervisors and frontline employees.
Monitor safety and training standards across shifts and respond to risks.
Lead onboarding, recurrent, and remedial training programs for operational staff.
Maintain audit-ready safety and training documentation and support internal/external audits.
