• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with OSHA, FAA, TSA, and IATA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety execution and training compliance at gateway level.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and audits of ramp and warehouse operations.
• Investigate accidents and near misses using root cause methods (5-Why).
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding and recurrent training for operational personnel.
