Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in PM, are comfortable with data tools (Airtable, Jira), and can deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience leading small teams and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong PowerPoint and data-driven presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small teams of 5–8 associates.
• Mentor and train Quality Control Associates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes with leadership.
• Track KPIs and report insights to Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate with Product Operations and Manufacturing to meet timelines.
• Analyze Maddox AI outputs and maintain data in Airtable.
• Escalate issues with external partners and machinery promptly.
• Oversee overnight shift 5pm–12am for Maddox QC.
