Fanatics Collectibles in Sunnyvale, TX, is seeking a Maddox Supervisor to lead the Maddox AI team and drive key initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Autograph Operations, you will guide a small team, manage timelines with Product Operations and Manufacturing, and communicate with external partners.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's in Business or Analytics, 3–5 years PM experience, and a track record of presenting to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or related preferred.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Project Management.
• Ability to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to Senior Leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a team and execute against a plan with critical updates.
• Vendor management for design, testing, shipping, and implementation of future machines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities to forecast and plan.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira; some coding abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small teams of 5-8 associates.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to QC Associates, including training.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Track KPIs weekly and report insights to Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Manufacturing to manage project timelines.
• Analyze Maddox AI outputs and compile data in Airtable; address quality discrepancies.
• Communicate with external partners and escalate machinery issues.
• Oversee overnight shift (5pm–12am) for Maddox QC.
