Job summary

Allied Universal in Manassas, VA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Access Control Digital Records). You will support clients by managing badge access, monitoring entry points, greeting visitors, and using technology to document activity.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; access control experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles; background check required.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal policy.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology infrastructure location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue and collect badges, and maintain logs.
• Control entry and exit of employees, guests, deliveries, and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorised activity.
