Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen require compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and security concerns.
• Support day-to-day front entry and lobby operations by managing visitor check-in processes, deliveries, and reporting security concerns.
