Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor/vehicle records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide directions to residents and guests.
