Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain access-control records.
Observe inbound and outbound vehicle, trailer, and personnel traffic at entry points; communicate concerns to site contacts.
Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner following escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
