Job summary

Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Verification to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will manage access points, verify credentials, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers, while delivering exceptional customer service.

This night shift role offers a backup shift pattern Mon-Fri, with a pay rate of $16.32 per hour and a focus on safety, compliance, and teamwork within a dynamic security

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and shipping-related authorizations, and control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
• Document visitor, vehicle, and access-control activity; maintain logs and report irregularities to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents following escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, gates, loading areas, parking and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
