Job summary

Allied Universal in Buford, GA is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and monitor access for a logistics and distribution site while delivering strong customer service. This is a full-time role with day-to-night shifts and a pay rate listed per hour.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to operate a computer or tablet, and a commitment to safety and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required where the job is located.
• Experience with access control/badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees per site access procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/vehicle records.
• Control inbound/outbound traffic at gates following procedures for vehicles and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts or agencies when needed.
• Conduct patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
