Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Buford, GA. This full-time role supports logistics and distribution locations by managing entry points, verifying credentials, and coordinating access for employees and visitors.

You will conduct patrols, monitor gate activity, and maintain visitor records while delivering strong customer service. The position requires a valid driver's license, HS diploma, and comfort with computer or tablet use; prior alarm panel or badge

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees with access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and shipping documents.
• Control inbound/outbound traffic at gates for vehicles and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and report security concerns.
