Job summary

Melmark is looking for an Overnight ABA Counselor responsible for supporting children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities. This role requires providing individualized support in a home setting, implementing behavior plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong interpersonal skills with specialized populations.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with hygiene and grooming needs.
• Maintain Level of Supervision for assigned individuals.
• Collect and document data on behaviors and support plans.
• Respond to crises using approved techniques.
• Engage in daily living activities with individuals.
