Melmark is seeking an Overnight ABA Counselor for Children's Residential Homes in Berwyn, PA. The role involves providing overnight supervision, implementing individualized programs for children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring individuals' grooming needs are met, following Behavior Support Plans, and adhering to house chores. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience and be familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prefer at least one year of experience with specialized populations.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Attend to individuals' hygiene and grooming needs.
• Maintain Level of Supervision for assigned individuals.
• Implement procedures in each individual's Behavior Support Plan.
• Accurately collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Respond appropriately during crisis situations.
• Adhere to house chore lists.
