Job summary

Le Fort Monmouth Day Program recherche un thérapeute ABA pour des soins à domicile. Ce poste implique de travailler auprès d'un individu autiste agressif, en fournissant un soutien pendant les nuits et les week-ends. Qualifications

• Expérience de travail avec des individus autistes, notamment en gestion des comportements agressifs.

Responsibilities

• Implémenter des plans d'intervention comportementale individualisés.
• Collaborer étroitement avec un autre thérapeute ABA pour assurer des soins cohérents.
• Fournir soutien et interventions dans un environnement familial.
• Utiliser des stratégies efficaces pour gérer et réduire les comportements agressifs.

Job Opportunity: ABA Therapist for In-Home Care (Overnight and Weekend Shifts)

Are you a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to work with a highly aggressive autistic individual in a supportive, in-home setting.

Position: ABA Therapist Location: In-Home Care Shifts: Overnight shifts, Saturday and Sunday Pay: $18/hour Team: Work alongside another ABA Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Collaborate closely with another ABA therapist to ensure consistent care.

Provide support and interventions in an in-home environment.

Utilize effective strategies to manage and reduce aggressive behaviors.

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with autism, particularly in managing aggressive behaviors.

Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and principles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts.
