Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21 years old required.
• Experience implementing function-based interventions to reduce challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in oversight of employee performance and individual health needs.
• Ensure care for individuals on and off campus in line with company mission.
• Communicate challenges and propose solutions for resident care.
• Oversee house chores and safety standards in assigned homes.
• Assist with training for new hires and staff performance documentation.
• Maintain organization and data entry of assigned case materials.
