Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of technical training or experience in machine operation, printing or a related field.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
• Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Strong computer skills to operate interfaces and track production data.
• Ability to train and lead crew members while maintaining efficient flow.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-solving mindset with waste-reduction and efficiency focus.
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain 2-Way production equipment.
• Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular quality checks and real-time adjustments for product accuracy.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to keep production moving.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to improve reliability and prevent breakdowns.
• Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and crew.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and production documentation is accurate.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Organize materials to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
