Job summary

International Gamco, located at 9335 N. 48th St., Omaha, NE, is seeking an experienced 2-Way Machine Operator to set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain specialized equipment used to cut and finish pull-tab gaming products. You will lead a crew and ensure safety and quality on every shift.

This role features a structured training program that rewards successful progression. Complete and certify each 30-, 60- and 90-day training phase and earn a $1.00 pay increase at each milestone.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of technical training or experience in machine operation.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
• Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Ability to train and lead crew members while maintaining an efficient production flow.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain 2-Way production equipment.
• Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular quality checks and make real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to keep production moving.
• Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and other crew members.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and production documentation is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments and leadership to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Handle and organize materials efficiently to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, product quality and production efficiency.
