Job summary

International Gamco in Omaha, NE is seeking a mechanically inclined 2-Way Machine Operator to own and operate sophisticated production equipment. You will lead a crew, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality while advancing through a structured 30/60/90-day training program with pay increases at each milestone.

The role involves reading job specs, following schedules, and maintaining safe, efficient production. Prior experience in die-cutting or web press is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of technical training or experience in machine operation, printing or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
• Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain 2‑Way production equipment.
• Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular quality checks and real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
• Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and other crew members.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and deadlines.
