Job summary

Pollard Charitable Games Group in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced 2-Way Machine Operator to set up, run, troubleshoot and maintain specialized equipment used to cut and finish pull-tab gaming products. You will help keep the crew productive while meeting safety and quality standards.

This role offers a structured training program with 30-, 60-, and 90-day milestones and $1 pay increases at each step, with opportunities to advance as you gain skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of technical training or experience in machine operation or related field.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
• Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain specialized 2-Way equipment used to cut and finish pull-tab gaming products.
• Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular quality checks and make real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to keep production moving.
• Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and other crew members.
• Coordinate with other departments and leadership to meet production schedules and deadlines.
