LPL Financial is seeking an Overlay Analyst to manage day-to-day trading and oversee centrally managed platforms. You will develop and maintain reports to help leadership understand platform drivers and performance.

Ideal candidates have Series 7 and 65 (or 66), 3+ years in finance, and strong collaboration skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 65 (or 66) licenses required.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry and/or processing in a high volume and deadline-driven environment.
• 1+ years of service-oriented experience working with clients, firms, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the management and execution of OPMG processes related to trading and day-to-day maintenance of centrally managed platforms.
• Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Review, approve, and upload model security portfolios submitted by investment managers and strategists.
• Review large trades for accuracy and compliance.
• Research complex situations and define actions to resolve them.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Operational Policies with a focus on centrally managed platforms.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support leadership on multiple projects and participate in testing and implementation.
• Mine and analyze internal data sets and build reports to inform stakeholders.
• Provide exemplary customer service as primary liaison between OPMG and partners.
