LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Overlay Portfolio Management Group, focusing on implementing a World Class Investment Platform. You will lead multiple initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of Centrally Managed Platform deliverables.

Qualifications

Track record of delivering on high priority cross functional projects in advisory, wealth management, or investment management.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with investment management operations and unified managed accounts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across the firm to align vision, strategy, and performance goals.
Demonstrate knowledge of LPL platforms, products, and services; manage risks within Managed Accounts.
Work with business and technical partners on backlog management and PI events.
Prepare influential executive-level presentations to facilitate fact-based business cases and program updates.
Drive organizational change management and continuous improvement across platforms.
