Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Overlay Portfolio Management Group to lead enterprise-wide Tax Overlay initiatives and coordinate across stakeholders. You will balance communication with tactical execution, delivering OPMG deliverables by deadlines and presenting transitions to Advisors.

The role requires strong collaboration, sophisticated analytics, and the ability to drive complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Series 7 & 66 licenses preferred.
• Experience speaking to large audiences (up to 500) and delivering presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of investment management operations and trading/portfolio accounting systems.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent OPMG/Trading in large enterprise projects to explain impact of changes.
• Create trainings, presentations, and educate advisors on the Tax Overlay Program.
• Support implementation of roadmap goals within OPMG and ensure deadlines.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Conduct reviews and generate reports for executive leadership.
