Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC seeks an experienced Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

The role demands safety-first leadership, 5 years of overhead line experience, CDL, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Out-of-state travel and overtime may be required with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of overhead line experience.
• Proficient in basic computer operations including Microsoft Word and other Office applications.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized overhead distribution systems.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe procedures.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles and hardware.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques with proper PPE.
