Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a safety-focused Class A Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems across various job sites, including out-of-state locations. You will work energized and de-energized lines and report to the Foreman.

Responsibilities include leading crews in the Foreman’s absence, performing live-line work, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. CDL is required, with travel and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• Valid CDL license.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members in the absence of the Employee in Charge.
• Perform new construction and maintenance on overhead distribution systems.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators, conductors, and hardware.
• Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners and pullers.
