Job summary

Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Overhead Journeyman Lineman for projects in the Port Richey, FL area. The role involves constructing, maintaining, and repairing overhead electrical power lines and related equipment.

The position requires a Journeyman Lineman apprenticeship, a valid Class A CDL, and at least 4 years of overhead line experience. Safety, teamwork, and reliable on-call availability are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Journeyman Lineman apprenticeship program.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 4 years of Journeyman Lineman experience with overhead lines.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NESC safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and repair overhead distribution and transmission systems.
• Install/remove poles, crossarms, insulators, transformers, and related equipment.
• String, sag, and splice overhead conductors.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other linework equipment.
• Perform hot stick work and energized line tasks safely.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on overhead lines.
