Team Fishel in Lexington, KY is hiring an Electrical Foreman - Overhead Distribution to lead field crews, supervise projects, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires extensive overhead electrical distribution experience and the ability to read blueprints and specifications; Journeyman license preferred. We offer competitive pay and benefits to support our Teammates in the Lexington area.

Qualifications

• Overhead electrical distribution construction experience.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• High school education or equivalent classes in industry-related courses.

Responsibilities

• Leads on various size projects.
• Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports.
• Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays.
• Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet specs.
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews.
• Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project.
• May perform site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or QA.
