Team Fishel is hiring an Electrical Line Foreman for Central Florida, including Orlando and surrounding areas. The role leads field crews on overhead distribution projects and ensures safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Based in Groveland, FL, you will manage crews, read blueprints, and coordinate with stakeholders while upholding Team Fishel’s safety culture and industry standards. Competitive pay and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated overhead electrical distribution construction experience.
• Experience reading and applying blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for field crews of varying sizes on electrical line projects.
• Ensure accurate time sheets and expense reports.
• Maintain crew productivity during delays from other trades, customers, or material shortages.
• Monitor QA and ensure installations meet customer specs and industry standards.
• Enforce safety practices for all teammates on site.
• Report, coordinate and supervise all project aspects.
• Possibly perform site surveys for estimates or QA as needed.
