Job summary

Team Fishel is hiring an Electrical Foreman - Overhead Distribution for our Lexington, KY office. The Foreman will lead field crews to meet project goals safely and efficiently.

The role requires extensive overhead electrical distribution construction experience; Journeyman license preferred; high school education or equivalent. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Extensive overhead electrical distribution construction experience.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to meet project goals safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timesheets and expense reports are accurate.
• Develop work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays.
• Monitor QA and ensure installations meet specifications and industry standards.
• Enforce safety practices on all crews.
• Coordinate and supervise all project aspects; may perform site surveys for estimates.
