Job summary

ABC Docks LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking a skilled Overhead Door & Dock Equipment Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on field role serves commercial and industrial customers, keeping their loading dock and door systems running smoothly.

You will install, service, and repair overhead doors, dock levelers, seals, and related equipment, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document work orders while delivering timely, professional customer

Qualifications

• Prior experience with overhead doors, loading dock equipment, or related mechanical/industrial systems preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage wiring and motor operators.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions.

• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and work orders.
