Job summary

Bailey Equipment and Intralogistics seeks a Dock and Door Technician - Lead to service and install commercial overhead doors, loading docks, and dock leveling systems across the Nashville Metro and Cumberland region. The role demands strong mechanical skills, safe work habits, and the ability to mentor junior technicians.

You will diagnose, repair, and inspect equipment, coordinate with management, and ensure high-quality, compliant installations on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Technical or practical training in mechanical repairs.
• Experience in industrial maintenance with warehouse equipment preferred.
• Welding and electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bailey as the primary contact for customers within a service area.
• Install, service, and repair doors, dock systems, and related equipment.
• Lead and mentor technicians and coordinate with management.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Bailey equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot dock and door equipment and electrical circuits.
• Ensure proper installation, balance and clearance for safety.
• Address customer needs promptly and safely to grow Bailey business.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
