Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/associate degree in engineering, technology, and 3-5 years power distribution design/engineering experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Updates GIS software to reflect current field conditions.
• Designs and processes construction work requests related to overhead distribution per guidelines.
• Prepares CAD drawings and construction documents for QA and design review.
• Prepares distribution circuit designs with basic engineering concepts.
• Assists with pole borings, cost estimates, and reports for projects.
• Maintains records in the project management system and attends training.
