Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC is hiring a Crane Technician in Rowley, MA. The role focuses on installation, inspections, maintenance, and repair of hoist and crane equipment, with travel to customer sites as needed. The team emphasizes safety, quality service, and customer confidence.

The position requires hands-on electrical and mechanical skills, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to work at height. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment.
• Electrical knowledge of 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.
• Overhead crane and scissor lift experience.
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Electrician or Electro-Mechanical Technology preferred.
• Ability to work at height and lift 50–100 lbs.
• Perform inspections to OSHA criteria.

Responsibilities

• Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.
• Perform OSHA-equivalent inspections and warranty work; troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Interface with customers and internal departments to repair equipment.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.
• Maintain rapport with customers by addressing complaints and suggesting improvements.
• Document service and installation actions with forms, reports, and checklists.
• Develop knowledge of relevant codes for overhead cranes and hoists.
