Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a full-time Production Line Operator to support manufacturing of exterior building products. The role requires reading production orders, operating equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have forklift and overhead crane experience, can lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and are able to stand for 8–12 hours daily with occasional climbing of ladders. Benefits begin day 1 and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a related area.
• Must have basic Microsoft knowledge.
• Experience with forklift, crane, nail gun, saws, and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and guide line helpers to meet production goals and requirements.
• Read and understand a production order.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Use forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials; document produced materials.
• Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III.
• Stand and walk 8–12 hours daily; climb on/off equipment and ladders.
