Responsibilities

• Ensures quality proofing and baking to set standards.
• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature and proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Checks proofed dough and adjusts temperature/humidity/time as needed.
• Monitors oven and related equipment for proper bake per standards.
• Adheres to safety and company policies; performs other duties as directed.
