Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Proofer and Oven Operator to join our production team. You will monitor proofing, baking, equipment setup and quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper.
• At least three years minimum as an oven operator.
• Working knowledge of proofer procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature levels and proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Monitors proofed dough and adjusts conditions to standards.
• Checks proofed dough and ensures proper rise and bake.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
