Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (oven or heat-related experience a plus).
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial ovens according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Load and unload materials or products into ovens safely and efficiently.
• Set oven temperatures, timers, and controls based on production requirements.
• Monitor product quality throughout the heating/curing process and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of oven equipment.
• Accurately document production data, temperatures, and cycle times.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
