Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adjust temperatures and flow rates to meet product specs.
• Troubleshoot oven issues and support maintenance when needed.
• Document checks, HACCP records, and batch data accurately.
• Collaborate with Lead Operator and Supervisor to improve processes.
