Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper and three years minimum as an oven operator.
• No educational prerequisite; however must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record necessary information applicable to job.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature level and proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Checks proofed dough to ensure proper rising and adjusts temperature/humidity/time.
• Monitors proof box and oven and corrects malfunctions.
• Follows company policies and safety rules; performs other duties as directed.
