Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an Oven Operator for our Aurora, Colorado facility. This 2nd shift role runs 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM and pays $17.60 per hour. You will be responsible for producing quality desserts by following established procedures and GMP/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens and adjust flames, injector heads and speed to achieve the required quality.
• Follow GMPs, safety and work instructions.
