Job summary

Dessert Holdings is hiring an Oven Operator in Aurora, CO for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–3:00 AM) to run quality product by following company procedures. You will ensure safety, efficiency and compliance with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards while producing Steven Charles products.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in food manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform basic math with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts.
• Familiarity with GMPs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens and adjust flames to achieve target quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping during shift.
• Report any quality or equipment problems to supervisor or QA.
• Follow GMPs, safety rules and work instructions.
• Understand and apply SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices.
