Dessert Holdings, Aurora, CO, seeks an Operator I for our food manufacturing plant. The shift is 5:00 AM–3:00 PM, wage $17.53/hr, and the role focuses on safe operation of baking equipment and maintaining quality standards. You will support SQF, HACCP, and GMP compliance to ensure food safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Follows GMP policies and procedures.
• Reads product formulas, temperatures, and times per BOM.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies at prescribed levels to prevent downtime.
• Adhere to GMP policies and procedures in daily tasks.
• Read formulas, temperatures, and times according to BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads for product flow and batching.
