You will stage, move, and load finished goods, verify accuracy of deliveries, and maintain inventory with a focus on safety and quality. We offer competitive pay, first‑day benefits, and a $1.00 per hour attendance bonus plus a $1.50 per hour night differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and crane certifications.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be available for nights and weekends with overtime.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Staging prepack materials to match shipment schedule.
• Remove bundles from packing line to shipping area.
• Move full racks to pre-age queue and replace with empty racks.
• Load finished goods onto trailers/trucks and assist drivers.
• Manage scrap movement and ensure proper trailer loading.
• Operate age oven and manage material queues per QMS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
